  1. Hi Rachel! This is a fantastic resource. We’ll be featuring you and a few of your recipes in the Yaletown Holistics newsletter. Have a great day and keep sharing your delicious recipes. ;)

  2. Wow, I love your blog! You and a few other clean eaters on Instagram inspired me to change my whole diet. I just wanted to say thank you so much and keep doing what you’re doing! :)

    • Absolutely!! You’re just one step ahead then! The first few steps of the recipe are just making hazelnut butter anyway; I would suggest reducing the amount of hazelnut butter though (b.c the hazelnuts reduce when turned into butter), but otherwise the recipe should work!

  3. Do you currently have any recipe books? I stumbled upon your website and I am in love with all your recipes!! I would be the first to buy a book :) !

    • Thank you so much! I’m glad you stumbled upon the site :) I don’t have any recipe books, but I would LOVE to make one in the future and have definitely thought about it!

  4. Hi Rachel!
I was wondering if you’d be interested in doing a blog swap/guest post?
We could “scratch eachother’s backs”…so to speak. ;)
Let me know your thoughts… I love your blog!

  5. Hi Rachel…

I just discovered your site and look forward to trying some of your recipes! Though I have not had meat in 21 years, I did consume dairy, some processed foods, wheat, too many sweets and as of 5 years ago, ate fish. Now, I am revising my nutritional program to a much stronger organic plant based diet of greens and whole foods of fruit, nuts, seeds and legumes…void of dairy (cheese will be the hardest!), wheat and much less refined sugary desserts. AND…I might love grilled salmon fish tacos to give that up completely. One step at a time…THANKS for the inspiration!

    • You’re absolutely right, one step at a time. If something is too challenging or seems like a burden then I dread it….and you shouldn’t dread these changes, you should be excited about them! You’ve made a great decision to improve your health–be proud of yourself! If I can give you one piece of advice: never beat yourself up if you “slip up”–sometimes you need to give in to cravings and that’s completely fine so long as you try to do better the next day. When I slip up, I know it’s because I needed it and I end up working with more vigor the next day. Good luck! :)
